Microwave Technology: Dangers to Your Health Over Shadow Convenience


Technology is causing havoc to our health and longevity. We have become dependent on the use of numerous devices -including microwaves. Research, however, has shown that micro-waves are harmful to our health. Undoubtedly, technology holds great promise; yet, technology often separates us from Nature and natural living, and many of us have a tendency to over use, and abuse these technological wonders to the point of ill health.

 Extensive research and experiments on micro-wave use were conducted in Russia, where the microwave oven was banned in 1976 due to its harmful effects on human health.

 Allah is our Protector and is Ever-Present, but it is our duty to maintain our health, and to be aware of the effects of harmful substances or objects. Millions of people are unknowingly sacrificing their health in exchange for convenience, when daily chores can be quickly and easily accomplished without technology that is harmful. It is important to not blindly follow without fully understanding the possible outcome.

Over 90% of American families prepare meals using microwave ovens, believing that microwave cooking is safe for the food, and for their health. Convenient and more energy efficient than conventional ovens, very few homes or restaurants are without them, yet, it is far more dangerous to the human body than anyone could imagine!

Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic energy, like light waves or radio waves, and occupy a part of the electromagnetic spectrum of power, or energy. Microwaves are very short waves of electromagnetic energy that travel at the speed of light (186,282 miles per second). In our modern technological age, microwaves are used to relay long distance telephone signals, television programs, and computer information across the earth, or to a satellite in space. But the microwave is most familiar to us as an energy source for cooking food. In actuality, a microwave oven decays and changes the molecular structure of the food by the process of radiation. Had the manufacturers accurately called them “radiation ovens”, it’s doubtful they would have ever sold one.

Some studies report that microwaving food is not the same as irradiating it (radiation treatment), claiming the two processes use completely different waves of energy and at different intensities. Many of these studies have proven inaccurate. As consumers, we should have common sense and use our judgment. If you want to have better health, choose to eat natural, unprocessed foods.

Here are more reasons to throw away (best choice), or at least limit use of microwaves;

1). Continually eating microwaved food causes long term – permanent – brain damage by shorting out electrical impulses in the brain, de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue.

2). The human body cannot metabolize, or break down, the unknown by-products created in microwaved food.

3). Male and female hormone production is stopped and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.

4). Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, a decrease of intelligence, and the effects are residual (permanent) within the human body.

5). Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of microwaved food are reduced or altered so the human body gets little or no benefit, or absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.

6). The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.

7). Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths (tumors), perhaps explaining the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America.

8). Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations, and causes cancerous cells in human blood to increase.
