Tahirah Amatul-Wadud, ESQ. Receives White House Invitation

Tahirah Amatul-Wadud, Esq., General Counsel for The Muslims of America, Inc. has been invited to the White House for a special convening titled Celebrating and Protecting America’s Tradition of Religious Pluralism.

The White House Office of Faith- Based and Neighborhood Partnerships issued the invitation. Ms. Amatul-Wadud was selected to join in celebrating the American traditions of religious inclusion, freedom and cooperation among those with differing beliefs. On December 17, 2015, officials from the partnership will discuss the steps they will take to protect these traditions and attendees will have the opportunity to discuss efforts to carry these traditions forward.
