Habeeba A. Salaam, a participant in the 2010 Banaatun Noor International Ladies Summer Program, returned home in July determined to uphold all that was learned during her intense studies of Holy Qur’an, traditions of the Holy Last Messenger – peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, and Islamic etiquette. Like many of her fellow participants, she pledged to remain steadfast and firm in practicing Islam and implementing all that was gained over the summer. Recently, Ms. Salaam reported a most unexpected event- the personal name of Allah Ta’Ala (IsmAllah) manifested of bright light in her own home.

Upon seeing the IsmAllah, Ms. Salaam immediately recalls July 12, a very special day during the summer program where a group of ladies, including Ms. Salaam, were blessed to view the name of Allah written in large white noor (light) on the wall of the masjid immediately after concluding the viewing of a DVD discourse of Suratul Nahl from His Eminence El Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani, Vice Chancellor of the International Qur’anic Open University. This masjid located in the Muslim village of Holy Islamberg, New York, is now known as Jamia Tajalliyat Azzam Baitullah Qadria due the manifestation of Allah’s name on the wall of the main prayer hall of the mosque, which has been shining since August 2 and still remains to this day for all to clearly see.

Regarding the favor bestowed on her home, Ms. Salaam recounts:
“I saw it really big on the floor. I usually turn my sons light on when he goes to sleep, but last night I forgot to because I stayed up to pray. As I was walking past my son’s bedroom, I saw it really big on the floor.

“It is normally really dark in his room so when I walked past I was in awe. I cannot explain the feeling. I remember, I just kept saying “Allahu Akbar” and “SubhanAllah”. I made a wudhu and when I came out of the bathroom it was gone. Then I walked in my room and I saw Allah’s name on the wall. I saw the IsmAllah in my bedroom this morning when I got up for Tahajjud salaah. It’s on my wall still.”

Although the walls of Ms. Salaam’s room are white, she struggled to explain the unique color and magnificence of the white letters she saw on her wall. “It stuck out”, she conveyed.
“I have been asking Allah’s help to either get out of this place where there are no Muslims, or to help me to make a Salaah room, even if it means bringing all my son’s things into my room.” Ms. Salaam recalls joyfully the time spent at the Summer program in Holy Islamberg and how much things have changed since her return. “I’m doing a lot more reading of Holy Qur’an. Since Ramadan started I began reading Holy Qur’an from Suratul Baqara to the end.”

The days before she beheld the IsmAllah, Ms. Salaam described a dream she had after finishing the reading and discourse of Suratul Nahl. In her dream, she was in the Jamia Tajalliyat Azzam Baitullah Qadria of Holy Islamberg and heard His Eminence El Sheikh Gilani remind her, and those gathered, of his instruction this past July before she and other participants departed from the summer program, “Make sure you all read Suratul Nahl”. Ms. Salaam exclaimed, “And I just finished the last bit of Suratul Nahl this morning. Allah be thanked!”
