Spring has arrived, the moment when buds emerge from trees and buds emerge from trees and grasses push through soil. The signs of Allah, Glorious is He, are ever present, and coming to life. Cleansing the body is an integral  part of spring. During the winter months an excess of carbon dioxide, uric acid and other chemical wastes accumulate in one’s system. If you weren’t sweating and burning calories this winter, you may require help pushing toxins out of the body – as soon as possible.

There are also many man made germs and chemicals that are major contributors to our illnesses; however, during the winter months many people suffer from flu and allergy symptoms too. Recently flues are more resistant now and have become harder to cure. Admittedly trying to avoid a cold is hard work, but there are ways to combat illness by eating proper foods and utilizing herbs that introduce heat and healing to the system.
