Since the blessed eve of the 2nd August 2010, Allah, The One Almighty Creator continues to show His personal name, Tajjaliyat Azam, in bright and clear luminous Arabic letters without the assistance of any outside medium's contributing to His personal signature. Prior to the miraculous appearance, which cannot be explained other than by realizing that only Allah could have caused this, some 200 participants in the summer program were almost constantly, throughout the day and night, calling on the Almighty Creator through numerous acts of prayer, remembrance and worship in the masjid now known as Masjid Baitullah Tajalliyat Azzam. 

The significance of this is that the biggest and greatest miracle shown to mankind has happened in North America, a Divine Act which has not graced even the holy sanctuary in Makka-tul-Mukkaramah, the Kaaba. This shining manifestation, still present in Masjid Baitullah Tajalliyat Azzam, was the Almighty's response to the hundreds of worshipers engaged in most intense supplication to Almighty God and is a sign of its acceptance. This karamah (miracle) was preceded by the appearance of the holy name of the Almighty Creator Allah, and rainbows of light in the residence in Holy Islamberg which has since become Holy Khanqah Gilaniyya - Sufi Lodge # 2 - one of the holiest locations in the world. 

The spiritual irridations emanating from this miraculous manifestation – the name of the Sustainer and Fosterer of all, appearing as if etched in light in a three-dimensional form - have inspired the hearts of the young and old of all persuasions who have converged upon this most honored house of prayer and remembrance, with the intense desire to worship and know Him with deepest sincerity, being overcome with tears of love, gratitude, and awe; producing utterances of praise and adoration from hearts overflowing with the certainty of His Sovereignty and Majesty.

Our Almighty Creator has chosen, in eras past, to manifest His Grandeur and Might to those of his servants and worshippers as He so selects. Such was the manifestation of His Power, which was cast upon the mountain of the Holy Messenger Moses, peace be upon him; and that mountain was rent asunder; similarly, the manifestation of His Power in the voice heard by Moses apparently coming from a burning bush. Rarely have such miraculous appearances occurred in our modern era; however, hundreds more worshippers have been blessed and honored to witness similar manifestations of Divine Light in Holy Islamville, South Carolina, U.S.

Upon the completion of classes in Islamic Law, Arabic and recitation of Holy Qur’an, and the study of its meanings, by ladies attending a camp held in 1996, a faxed message containing blessed du’as for the 15th of Sha’baan was followed by the appearance of the name of Almighty Allah most High, and His Holy Last Messenger Muhammad, peace and blessing be upon him, glowing and vibrating in rainbow colors. Since that time, an abundance of similar manifestations of Divine Light –shimmering and luminous have appeared continuously in the Holy Khanqa Gilaniyya there. Thus, in numerous ways, all miraculous in kind, the Most Merciful Creator grants His highest creation signs to quicken, enamor, and inspire the hearts of human beings, to follow His Guidance, to remain obedient to His Laws, and to be steadfast in His sincere worship and service.

Most significantly, this continuous miraculous manifestation of the Almighty's Name, Allah, and rainbows over America are a strong warning and reminder to the wrongdoers, and glad tidings to the believers.  Do not take it lightly, nor ignore it because it is sign of Allah Almighty God, the Creator, God of Abraham, Joseph, David, Solomon, Jesus, son of chaste Mary, and the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon them all).  Such a sign has not been shown before to anyone. He let his light appear as a fire in the bush, for sometime, for Moses. When Moses took 70 people up on Mount Toor/Sinai, the tajalliy of Almighty's personal Name, when it fell on it, caused the nearby mountain to turn to dust and all 70 people died on the spot. In this time, Allah has raised the competency of people to behold His Name without fainting or dying. It appears in sublime tranquil light of His personal Name, but it resists any move to capture it on camera/video because people must come to pay homeage and glorify on their knees, be they Muslim, Christian or Jew. 

This greatest miracle of all times has appeared as a support and a karaamah of our Imam of the American Muslims who is also know as Abu-Father of the American Muslims. It is glad tidings to the most oppressed people in the world, the American Muslims who had been dehumanized, deculturalized and demonized by the settlers who abducted them, ongoing for 300 hundred years. Seventy percent of the ten million slaves abducted were Muslims. The same story of the people of pharaoh is being repeated here; they too were poor and oppressed in the land. Despite sign after sign they were still oppressed, until the oppressors were drowned. Non Muslim Americans do not realize that tornadoes after tornados, floods, fires, mudslides, horrible incurable diseases, cancer, AIDS, etc occur because of the destruction of the moral fibre of society, and these things come as part of the wrath of Almighty Allah. Our Imam who has been sent with signs, along with rainbows that accompany him has warned American people to stop worshipping Satan, and come back to belief in One Almighty God as mentioned in the Old Testament, and follow the Ten Commandments. "You are warned; if you keep on allowing and tolerating homosexuality and worshipping Satan, your fate won't be different from the people  of Sodom and Gomorrah. Come back to Allah Almighty One God, seek his forgiveness and stop killing innocent people, committing crimes of genocide against people in other parts of the world because these things can come back to you according to the immutable law of Allah.

Do you own the book Ar Raheeq Al Makhtum (The Sealed Nectar, Biography of the Noble Prophet –peace be upon him) by Saifur Rahman Al Mubarakpuri? How about a particular edition of Riyad us Saliheen, the famous An Nawawi compilation of holy traditions with commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf? If so, you are hosting texts on your bookshelf by Darussalam Publications which has been known not only to inject false text into the English translations of sayings related from the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) and shown utmost disrespect to the Beloved of Allah, but also to have distorted Islamic history –specifically with regards to the descendants of the Holy Last Messenger who are known as Ahli Bait. They demonstrate a complete rejection of the authentic scholars of Islam and even advocate for the killing of pious Muslims, based on scholarly claims proven to be erroneous.

El Sheikh Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani Hashmi, himself a descendant of the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), advises the Muslims at large: “Keep away from all of their works, including their books, history, even hadiths –traditional sayings of the Holy Last Messenger, everything. They have distorted things, disrespected and dishonored the Holy Last Messenger and his family (peace be upon them all).”

Darussalam Publications promote themselves as a multilingual international Islamic publishing house based in Riyadh, with outlets on all continents. The publisher claims to present “books free from sectarianism and in accordance with the Qur’an and the Sunnah (the way of the Holy Last Messenger, peace be upon him).” However, it cannot be imagined how much division is created when the works presented by Darussalam claim the majority of Muslims have abandoned Islam, and that their blood is lawful to shed.

Darussalam Publications uphold distortions of Islam and mistranslate the holy traditions. The resulting works are used to accuse the community of polytheism. In one such instance, it is found that the publishers mistranslated a hadith wherein a companion of the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad, peace be upon him, narrated to the Beloved of Allah his experience setting up a tent in a place not knowing there was a grave underneath, and hearing Surah Mulk from Holy Qur’an being recited from it. The Darussalam translators instead write that it is the visitor who recited Surah Mulk. This was done presumably because to acknowledge pious people to be alive in their graves contradicts the teachings of Ibn Abdul Wahhab, the founder of the Wahhabi (or some say Salafi) movement in 1713. The publishing house’s website refers to Ibn Abdul Wahhab “Imam,” or leader. According to Ibn Abdul Wahhab, who is believed by historians to have been in collusion with a British spy known only as Hempher, declared that Muslims who visit the graves of the pious people with the intention of gaining benefit from them, have abandoned monotheism and deserve death. It was on this premise that thousands of Muslims were massacred in the Najd uprisings against the Ottoman Empire, which established the current kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The works of Abdullah bin ‘Abdul- ‘Azeez bin Baz, the grand mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 1992-1999, also confirm the teachings of his imam, Ibn Abdul Wahhab, in his various books and in erroneous commentary on the books of others, many of which are widely distributed by Darussalam. In just one example, Bin Baz slanders a companion of the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him), Bilal ibn al-Harth in his remarks on the text Fath al-Bari. Bin Baz claims the visit of Bilal ibn al-Harth to the grave of the Mercy to all of the Worlds, Muhammad (peace be upon him), and his asking the Almighty for the sake of the Holy Last Messenger to bestow rain was “aberrant” and “an avenue to polytheism.”

By these things, the publishing house misleads the Muslims with interpolations. However, similar aims are equally achieved by their omissions. While volumes upon volumes have been written by authentic scholars on Islamic history, Darussalam works and books –comparatively short texts-- intentionally delete the history of the descendants of the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (may the peace of Allah be upon him and upon his family). This effort to negate the contributions and legacy of the Ahli Bait is in direct rejection of the well-established tradition passed down from the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad, which commands the Muslims to cling to his family and descendents after him, peace be upon them.*  For example we find in one text called Commanders of the Muslim Army, by Mahmood Ahmad Ghadanfar, chapters are dedicated to different personages, yet no mention is made of the greatest commander and cousin of the Holy  Last Messenger, Ali ibn Abi Talib, nor of his son, the king of martyrs, Hussein ibn Ali. This could be due to the fact that Wahhabis and Salafis, who produce the majority of the works at Darussalam, bear allegiance to the Umayyad clan.

The Umayyads during the time of the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him), swore vengeance upon the family of the Beloved of Allah for the Meccan pagan chiefs who were killed during the first battle of Islam, the Battle of Badr, in which the fledgling Muslim state in Madinah defended themselves against the torture and aggression of the Umayyads. Ali ibn Abi Talib, the Lion of Allah, killed 70 of those chiefs. The Umayyads, via Yazid son of Muawiyah son of Abu Sufyan, the main enemy of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him and his family), carried out a most bloody and brutal massacre in which Hussein the son of Ali, and the majority of the descendents of the Holy Last Messenger, were martyred. Needless to say, although Imam Hussein continued to fight valiantly, even after suffering extreme hunger, thirst, and witnessing atrocities against his beloved children, his blessed name is not included in Commanders of the Muslim Army.

It seems being free from sectarianism demands the murder of all those who do not agree with the Umayyad, or Wahhabi, philosophy.

Muslims are hereby warned to guard their imaan --the faith foundation which allows the upholding of true Islamic principles—by rejecting all works published and products sold by Darussalam Publications. Thereby, Muslims can hope to not only safeguard themselves and their families from false ideologies, but also take a firm stand against the divisive spread of such teachings in the Muslim community at large. Muslims should be aware that every cent which goes into the coffers of this Saudi-based publishing group is used to distort Islam around the world, in the eyes of Muslims and non-Muslims, for which the entire Muslim world pays.

The American people have failed in their attempt to understand  Islam and the Holy Quran. The American people should come closer in understanding their Muslim brethren. Without doubt, this is the solution to the major problems between the government, the American people and the American Muslim.

The Holy Quran was and still is the common denominator in the heritage of mankind at large, especially of those people of the Book - the Jews and Christians. The Holy Quran contains revelations, messages, signs, explanations of law and the Books [of earlier Divine revelations sent to previous Messengers], including stories revealed to Adam, Noah, Abraham, David, Solomon, Moses, Jesus, son of Mary and the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad, peace and blessing be on all of them.

However, the enemies of Islam have not spared any stone to be unturned in their constitutional conspiratory approach to defame and take the words in Holy Quran as a book of terrorisms. One such instance is the translation by A. J. Arberry, who is taken as a moderate and a kind of friend to Al-Islam. Yet, he has done an immense amount of damage in misquoting and misinterpreting the Holy Quran, as have others such as Yusuf Ali, Muhammad Ali, Pickthall. Arberry, in his translation of Surah Muhammad, misquotes the ayat  "When you meet the kafirs (unbelievers) kill them. And when you overpower them tie them.” This very language has lead many ignorant non-Muslims to believe that the Holy Quran is a book of terrorism.

Most Muslims know that this ayat in Surah Muhammad was sent down during the Battle of Uhud, on 3rd of Dhul Hijjah, when the Meccan kafirs  attacked the Muslims. It was there and then that the Muslims were urged to confront them. The Muslims were told that before they were killed [by their enemies] to kill them (the kafirs) and take the captives prisoners . This line of Holy Quran was [revealed to the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him, by Divine revelation through the Angel Gabriel] and then related to the Muslims at the time.

The Holy Quran cannot be translated into any other language and those who try, without knowing the science of Quranic Arabic, do great damage to the Book. Those translators who take on this venture and do not possess the ilm (knowledge of religion) have taken on a burden and incur sin upon themselves. Holy Quran cannot be justly translated without observing the following:

1. Each and every word must be explained in the context in which it was sent down, [understanding] why and for what cause it was sent down. Then, and only then, can a person start to understand Holy Quran.

2. One must know of the ayaats [lines] that are the foundation of the book and the ones that are secrets, whose meanings are known only to Allah, His Holy Messenger (peace be upon him) and those whom Allah has given immense knowledge.

3. One who has the understanding and knowledge of the canceller and the cancelled ayaats [lines of the Holy Quran which were abrogated, and the event or action which caused them to be abrogated].

Last, but not least, the [language of the] Holy Quran is the only living language;  and that is not a matter of belief -  but a matter of fact.

Take for example, the spoken English language. You must agree that the English spoken 400 years ago is not the same language spoken today. That language is dead and forgotten. Whereas, the Holy Quranic language spoken today is the same language spoken by the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him) and exactly the same as written in the Book. It is still the same living language used in the entire Arab world, and it has not changed, nor has it died. Without doubt - this Holy Quran is from the Almighty Creator, for all time to come!

It is a general command for Muslims, for all times, to know that those who call themselves Christians are closer to the Muslims than any other religious denomination of the world. The Muslims give reverence to churches, synagogues, temples and the places where Almighty God is remembered. Therefore, Muslims are forbidden to destroy places of worship.

When Jesus, son of the Blessed Virgin Mary ( peace be on them) was preaching a discourse about making lawful some of the things that were forbidden before (which is included in the Injil, the Gospel of Jesus), the lawyers and Rabbis [the keepers of the Torah] classified Jesus as a terrorist and [his message, eventually written as] the Injil,  also a message of terrorism. Even then, these Jews used the Romans to take action against Jesus, son of Mary, by forging lies against him and his blessed mother, therefore subjecting the Romans to bring him to trial and supposedly crucifying Jesus, son of Mary, on the cross.

The Holy Quran is the only book which contains an authentic account of Jesus, son of Mary (peace be on him) and completely refutes the false allegations against Jesus being a liar or a terrorist.

Nowhere in the Holy Quran has a Muslim been commanded to kill non-Muslims without a just cause. Even in war, they are not allowed to kill the elderly, women, children, priest, etc. It is illegal in Islam to carry out first attacks and acts of terrorism. Acts of sabotage, which might kill the innocent or the like thereof, are also forbidden.

Let the world know - if they really want to learn about true Islam, then they should learn from authentic Muslim scholars. One such scholar and direct descendant of the Holy Last Messenger of Allah Almighty (peace be upon him) is El-Shaikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani. Do not look to those agents planted to destroy Islam, i.e. M. Ahmad [Qadiani], Wahhabis, Shiites and others who project Islam with the false ideologies and theories of Freud and Darwin.

In the Holy Quran, Surah tus Saad, Ayaat 29, Almighty Allah says: “This is the blessed Kitab (Book) that we have revealed to you, (ya Rasullulah!) [Last Messenger of Allah] full of blessings, that the people may ponder over its ayaats (signs), and so that the intelligent ones may take heed.”

SURRY, Britain – Following the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him), Muslims and mosques in the southern British country of Surry are reviving the centuries-old sport of horseback archery at weekly sessions, which attract many young Muslims.

"Archery is one of those sports that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) specifically recommended that we do, likewise horse riding, and it also helps you to overcome certain fears as well," Coach Jehad Shamis, of organization Archery for All, told the BBC.

"British Asians and Muslims in general are not that good with animals either and it's something that we really need to overcome."

Participating in horseback archery competitions all over the world, coach Shamis now gives weekly archery lessons in a hall at the Woking's Shah Jahan Mosque.

He also oversees the students' riding lessons at local stables.

Currently, the students are learning the two skills separately before combining them next summer.

Recommended by the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him), the sport has witnessed a revival in Britain with the establishment of the British Horseback Archery Association in 2007.

During the lessons, Shamis reads out a sayings of the Holy Last Messenger (peace and blessings upon him), better known as Hadith, in which archery or horse riding is mentioned.

Students are learning the standard finger release method of archery, but also the more eastern or "Mongolian" thumb draw.

“Initially, when people learn archery we teach them with the finger release,” Shamis said.

“It's very similar to what you'll see in the Olympics. But then, with those that are wishing to do traditional archery, we do the thumb draw.

“Although there is disagreement over this, it lends itself to horseback archery because it's a little bit more efficient and easier to release.”

Mosque Role

Shah Jahan Mosque was praised for its role in encouraging young Muslims to play a sport, while observing the daily prayers at the mosque.

“More than anything else I think in our community we never had these facilities before,” Sajida Rehman, a qualified instructor, told the BBC.

“People can come and pray in the mosque but also there are other activities on offer." she said.

Ambar Rachad, 16, is one of the students who learn both skills and is pointed out as "the best" by her mostly female fellow students.

Understanding the significance of archery in Islam, Rachad managed to overcome first difficulties in the games.

“When we first started our lessons, we went back into the history of archery," says Ambar.

“Basically, it's a 'Sunnah' (a practice of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings upon him) which is recommended.

“We've done competitions which are really fun, but every lesson is a competition because we try and beat each other.”

Britain is home to a sizable Muslim minority of nearly 2.5 million.

The historian Sir Arnold Thomas Walker, in his detailed work entitled The Preaching of Islam, describes the arrival and spread of Islam in China. At the start of the 7th century, a trade hub was established by Chinese merchants in Siraf, a town on the Persian Gulf, frequented by the traders of Arabia and Persia. Yet, the commercial contact also introduced the Chinese to the culture and mores of the Arabs, and eventually to the new way of life that was reforming the Arabian Peninsula - Al Islam. 

Between the sixth and ninth centuries, C.E., during the Tang dynasty, the Arabs and Persians found the trade so lucrative that they took up residence in many of China’s port cities, where they conducted their business in perfect harmony with their host counterparts. Eventually, the numbers of immigrants increased dramatically, in a flow that seemed to inundate certain areas. Chinese historians of this period, Mr.Walker stated, mention the Arabs (Muslims) in their writings, in one instance describing them as ‘barbarians’ who arrived in their land ‘like a deluge (flood)’, coming from great distances and from “more than 100 kingdoms, bringing as tribute their sacred books, which were received and deposited in the hall set apart for translations of sacred and canonical books in the Imperial Palace.” It is stated that during this time, religious diversity was appreciated and respected. 

The Annals of Kwangtung (Canton ), recount the first Muslims who came to China, describing them as ‘strangers’ who came from ‘Annan, Cambodia, Medina, and several other countries, who worshipped heaven (i.e. Almighty God) and had neither statue, idol nor image in their temples…They do not eat pork or drink wine and they regard as unclean the flesh of any animal not killed [by] themselves…” Muslim and Chinese historians as well, give an account of a delegation of emissaries of the third Khalifa of Islam, Umar ibn Al-Khattab, (may Allah be pleased with him). This entourage was led by Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) , a maternal uncle of the Holy Last Messenger, peace and blessing be upon him, and were well received by the emperor, who commissioned the building of the Memorial Mosque in Canton, the first mosque in the country. The Muslim enclave imported their way of life, i.e., their cultural trappings, language and dress, and lived apart from the Chinese population. Between the years 960 and 1279 C.E., Muslims had become very influential and prosperous in the import/export industry in China, and the numbers of Muslims continued to increase due to immigration of people from other lands, intermarriage, and conversion of native Chinese to Islam. During the era of the Yuan dynasty, the Mongol conquests carried Islam throughout distant places and resulted in the forced migration of vast numbers of Muslims from broadly diverse places and ethnicities (Arabs, Persians, Turks and others) with the intention by the government to use their skills and services to administer the expanding empire. 

The vast influx of people constituted merchants, artisans, artists, architects, engineers, medical doctors and astronomers, as well as soldiers and prisoners of war, and settlers who, by the hundreds of thousands, became permanently settled, developing into flourishing and proliferating communities. 

Over time, intermixing blended ethnicities and homogenized the population; through marriage, the Muslims passed down the Islamic religion and culture, which continued down generations. 

As the Mongols ruled China, many Muslims held prominent positions within the government hierarchy , one such being Umar Shams al-Din (Sayyid Ajall of Bukhara) an accountant under Qubilay Khan, who reigned during the Yuan Dynasty from 1259 to 1368, who became financial manager of Imperial funds and governor of Yunnan, along with a number of other Muslims who were appointed to lofty positions. He was held in high esteem as a pious administrator who promoted religious fairness. Yet, the native Chinese, in time, began to resent that fact of immigrants (and particularly Muslims) holding such high offices, discontent that would fuel the desire to recover the control of China from the Mongols. 

Marco Polo of Italy, close friend of Qubilay Khan, lived in China for nearly twenty years, and reported that Muslims lived throughout Yunnan, and noted that the entire capital city of Yunnan, Taifu, was inhabited by Muslims. The renowned Muslim traveler Ibn Battutah visited several Chinese coastal towns and expressed in his travelogue his elation at being shown such a ‘hearty welcome’ by his Muslim hosts, reporting that in each town, the Muslims resided in their own ‘quarter’ where their mosques were located and they freely practiced Islam. 

With the decline and expulsion of the remnants of the Mongol dynasty in the latter years of the 14th century, and the isolationist policy adopted by China at that time, Muslim communities experienced lack of growth and expansion. Having been cut off from dealings with other Muslims outside of China, the Muslims in some parts of the country began to adopt many of the cultural and customary mores of their hosts and merged with the Chinese population, producing an amalgamation of the two cultures. 

The new emperor of the Ming dynasty extended privilege upon these Muslims which promoted prosperity during the period between 1369 and the middle of the 16th century C.E., a sign of which was the construction of a great number of mosques. The emperors of the Ming dynasty developed amiable relations with the Muslim rulers to the west of their empire, and as Walker states, ‘there was frequent exchange of embassies between them.’ He continues to give an account of one Chinese Muslim ruler, Shah Rukh Bahadur, who sent an invitation to the Emperor to accept Islam when his ambassador arrived at Shah Rukh Bahadur’s court in Samarqand. He sent his envoy, who accompanied the Chinese ambassador back to China, with two letters, one of which was written in Arabic. The letter read as follows: “ In the name of God, The Merciful, The Compassionate. There is no god save God; Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the Apostle of God. The apostle of God, Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “ There shall not cease to be in my community people abiding in the commandments of God: whosoever fails to help them or opposes them shall never prosper until the Commandment of the Lord cometh. When the Most High God proposed to create Adam and his race, He said ‘I was a Hidden Treasure, but it was My pleasure to become known; I therefore created man that I might be known.’ It is manifest from hence, that The Divine purpose (great is His Power and exalted is His Word!) in the creation of man was to make Himself known and uplift the banners of right guidance and faith. Wherefore, He sent His Apostle (peace be upon him) with guidance and the religion of Truth that it might prevail over all other faiths, though the polytheists turn away from it, that He might make known the laws and ordinances and the observances of what is lawful and unlawful, and He gave him the Holy Qur’an miraculously that thereby, he might put to silence the unbelievers and stop their mouths when they discussed and disputed with him, and by His Perfect Grace and His All-Pervading Guidance, He has caused it to remain even unto the Day of Judgment. By His Power He has established in all ages and times and in all parts of the world, in east and west, and in China, a mighty monarch, lord of great armies and authority, to administer justice and mercy and spread the wings of peace and security over the heads of men; to enjoin upon them righteousness and warn them against evil and disobedience and lift up among them the banners of the noble religion...The Most High God thus disposes our hearts by His past mercies and His ensuing Grace to strive for the establishing of the laws of pure religion and the continuance of the ordinances of the shining path. He also bids us administer justice to our subjects in all suits and cases in accordance with the religion of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the ordinances of the Chosen One, and build mosques and colleges and monasteries and hermitages and places of worship, that the teaching of the sciences and school of learning may not cease nor the memorials and injunctions of religion be swept away. Seeing that the continuance of worldly prosperity and dominion, and the permanence of authority and rule depend upon the assistance given to Truth and Righteousness and the extirpation of the evils caused by idolatry and unbelief from the earth, in the expectation of blessing and reward, we, therefore, hope that your Majesty and the nobles of your realm will agree with us in these matters and join us in strengthening the foundation of the established law.” 

The second letter, written in Persian, made a very direct, simple appeal: “ The Most High God, having in the depth of His Wisdom and the perfection of His Power, created Adam (peace be upon him),made some of his sons prophets and apostles and sent them among men to summon them to the Truth. To certain of these prophets, such as Abraham, Moses, David, and Muhammad (peace be upon them) He gave a Book and taught a Law, and He bade the people of their time follow the law and religion of each of them. All these apostles invited men to faith in the Unity and to the worship of [Almighty] God and forbade the adoration of the sun, moon, stars, of kings and idols; and though each one of these apostles had a separate law, yet, they were all agreed in the doctrine of the Unity of The Most High God. At length, when the apostolic and prophetic office devolved on the Apostle Muhammad Mustafa (peace and blessing be upon him) all other systems of law were abrogated. He was the apostle and the prophet of the latter age, and it behooves the whole world – lords and kings and ministers, rich and poor, small and great – to observe his law and forsake all past creeds and laws. This is the true and perfect faith and is called Islam.” The writer, the Muslim ruler Shah Rukh Bahadur, continued by relating the evolution of his ancesters , descendents of Ghengis Khan and relatives who came before him and how they had dispersed to varied lands where they assumed rule of the people of those places. He stated that some of them accepted Islam – Uzbek Khan, Chani Khan and Urus Khan. Hulaga Khan was given command over Khurasan, Iraq and the neighboring countries, and some of his sons who succeeded him received into their hearts the light of the law of Muhammad (peace be upon him) becoming Muslims and being honored with the blessedness of Al Islam, departed this world eventually. He continued by naming closer relatives of his – ‘the truthful king Ghazan and Ulyaytu Sultan and the fortunate king Abu Sa’id Bahadur, until my honored father, Amir Timur Gurgan, succeeded the throne. He too observed the law of Muhammad (peace be upon him)in all the countries under his rule, and throughout his reign the followers of the faith of Islam enjoyed prosperity. Now that by the goodness and favor of [Almighty] God , this kingdom of Khurasan, Iraq, Ma-wara’al nahr has passed into my hands, the administration is carried on throughout the whole kingdom in accordance with the pure law of the Prophet (peace be upon him)’ righteousness is enjoined and wrong forbidden, and the Yarghu and institutes of Chingiz (Ghengiz) Khan have been abolished... I hope that by the bounty and benevolence of God you too will observe the law of Muhammad, the Apostle of God (peace be upon him) and strengthen the religion of Islam so that you may exchange the transitory sovereignty of this world for the sovereignty of the world to come.” 

A Muslim merchant named Sayyid Ali Akbar wrote that at the end of the fifteenth and beginning of the sixteenth century he spent time in Peking and stated that in the city of Kenjanfu there were as many as 30,000 Muslim families settled there: “…they paid no taxes and enjoyed the favor of the Emperor, who gave them grants of land; they enjoyed complete toleration for the exercise of their religion, and in the capital itself there were four great mosques and about ninety more in the other provinces of the empire – all erected at the cost of the Emperor.” It is recorded that the Muslims in China lived there peacefully until the reign of the Manchu dynasty, when they were oppressed in the province of Kansu in 1648 and a revolt ensued. However, Walker states that not until the nineteenth century did any Muslim revolt in China result in seriously disrupting the good relations that the Muslims enjoyed with the Chinese Emperors, to the extent that the Emperor Yung Chen, in 1771, issued an edict stating that the Chinese Muslims were to be left alone, permitted full exercise of their religion and culture, which coincided with and respected the tradition and law of China - he stated, “ What more can be asked for? 

   Ikhwanul Muslimeen (IM) is the deadliest armed wing of the Wahhabis, which was created by Ibn-as-Saud with the aim to extinguish all those who do not believe in their religion, Wahabism, which declares Muslims to be heretics, and Holy Shrines and Sufi Centers as places of idol worship. Wahabis are operating in many countries under various cover names such as Salafi, Darrussalam, and Al-Qaida as well as in the middle of India and Pakistan under the name of Lashkar-Jhangui (LU), Lashkar-A-Tayyaba (LT), Sifah-A-Sahaba (SS). A glimpse into their past horrendous deeds will open the eyes of everyone for they specialize in murdering Descendants of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him), Sufis, and destroying their Mosques, Shrines and Tombs.

I, El Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gillani, am head of the Qadiree Sufi order, Vice Chancellor of the International Qur’anic Open University, Imam of the Muslims of the Americas and a direct Descendant of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him). I find it necessary to clarify certain things about myself and our community, which is being falsely labeled as terrorist organization. The Muslims of the Americas (MOA) is a Sufi organization. We have gotten rid of Wahabi Ikhwanul Muslimeen in America. I came to the U.S. in 1980, to propagate Islam. My mission is supported with the appearance of miraculous signs. Ninety-nine (99%) of people who come to the United States from other countries are aiming to make a fortune through business and other enterprises; some come to commit fraud, cheat and deprive people. On the contrary, my sole aim was to save humanity.

Soon after my arrival in America, thousands of members from Ikhwan-al-Muslimeen’s Herkimer Place headquarters in New York City, followed me and became Sufis. I then established a new organization for non-Wahhabi Sufi Muslims, the Muslims of the Americas. However, those “die hard” individuals who were involved in gang wars for distribution of funds from Arab countries did not give up, but followed the Sufi way while setting up their underground organization, Ikhwan-al-Muslimeen (also known as Ikhwanul Muslimun). Jamil Abdul Haqq, who had been crippled in a gang war, became my follower and later on, I made him my Khalifa. Most surprisingly and shockingly, he was secretly the head of the hit team of Ikhwanul Muslimeen and established himself at the MOA village of Islamberg by occupying a doublewide mobile home. Haqq went so far as to have his collaborator submit MOA incorporation papers without the knowledge of IQOU and MOA administration. One of his accomplices, Hasib Abdul Haqq, counterfeited my signature making me president and then stating that from then onward “Ikhwan-ul-Muslimun” would be known as MOA. I did not approve or sign such a document. I was never President of MOA. This was a treacherous attack by Wahhabis to sabotage the Sufis. We recently discovered this horrendous fraud and after throwing out the culprits are filing new incorporation papers

My last visit to the U.S. was in 1990 and before that previous visits were brief. Jamil Haqq took advantage of my absence to start the biggest fraud in history by closing his eyes, taking long breaths, and going through physical changes before speaking to people as if he were Sheikh Gillani. Some believed him and so Ikhwan once again tried to take root. Jamil Haqq recruited people from Delaware, Atlantic City, and beyond who were involved in street crimes, drugs, brothels, unemployment fraud, and other offenses. Unfortunately, when caught, it brought a bad name to MOA. It was Jamil Haqq who patronized the Egyptian Ali A. Aziz, the man now known to be an NYPD informant who married a girl from a family that was also living in Haqq’s doublewide.

For the last thirty-two years, I have guided American Muslims to become good, honorable and educated citizens who stay away from welfare and move away from the filthy ghettos. Our community’s fourth generation of ladies and men are educated, working a trade, doctors, lawyers, architects and builders- all enjoying complete freedom in their own peaceful villages. It is the saving of humanity that brought me to the U.S., not to carry out an anti-American campaign as claimed by the Christian Action Network (CAN). Now, we are under attack by those who are acting like terrorists and funded by Zionists under operating front organizations. In Pakistan, and other Muslim countries, Christian minorities are independent and live peacefully without bother. On the contrary, in America, the Muslim villages are being attacked by automatic weapons and no one is arrested.

Fact is, I was able to disband the world’s most dangerous setup of Wahabis, the Ikhwanul Muslimeen. I expect that the American government would show gratitude for having saved thousands of youth from a life of crime. Almighty God made it possible to do so because He sent me not only with knowledge, but with miraculous signs. At the MOA village of Islamberg, in our Sufi shrine and mosque, Almighty God’s personal name, Allah, has been shining for the last two and a half years. Many have beheld the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad and Jesus son the Chaste Mary (peace be upon them) as well as witnessing bright rainbows, even at night.

As a guide to people, Almighty God has also given me the ability to demonstrate the truth and powers of the words of Almighty God over human, non-human, animate and inanimate objects. It is on record that in 1975 the World Health Organization (WHO) sponsored an international conference of psychiatrists held in Cairo and attended by London’s Dr. Dennis Leigh, the Hon. General Secretary of the International Psychiatrists Federation as well as other psychiatrists. Their objective was to find a remedy from other disciplines for many incurable diseases. A delegation from Saudi Arabia under Health Minister Husain al Jazeeri and the Director of mental health at Taif Medical Hospital, Dr. Osama Radi, accepted the challenge to prove patients could be healed using select portions of Holy Qur’an. The Saudi Arabian delegation advised they would bring forth learned scholars to accept the challenge. Psychiatrists laughed saying the delegation wanted to take psychiatry “back five hundred years” to the age of black magic.

When the Saudi delegation returned home, they asked their Chief Imam of Makkah, Sheikh Ahmad Sabeel to be prepared to give a demonstration of the power of the words of God. He excused himself saying of course, there is promise of healing, but “we don’t know how to derive benefit from that”. They asked Chief Mufti Sheikh Bin Baz who had already declared the tomb of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) as a place of idols. Bin Baz refused the challenge. Eventually, two princes from Saudi Arabia went to Maudoodi in Lahore, Pakistan. Maudoodi had been given financial support for his mission, which included great opposition to Sufis and all those who rejected Wahhabism. Maudoodi did not know how to derive benefit from the words of Holy Qur’an, but said to try the Sufis. Prince Muhammad, the Saudi Chancellor and another prince I would not like to name because he later became the King, came to me knowing that my Holy Shrine of the spiritual Qadri Order is well known over the last three hundred years. They attended a dinner I held in their honor and presented the challenge. I said, “Well, you call Sufis heretics and particularly descendants of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) as ‘lesser idols’. Furthermore, you call people who go to the graves of parents and teachers to send credit to their departed souls as ‘grave-worshippers’.” The princes were very apologetic. I accepted the challenge, “Ok, I’m prepared to help you on the condition that I’ll accept no pay, a separate institution for the research and demonstration must be established and then by the grace of Allah I will be there to meet the challenge.”

In Taif, Saudi Arabia, a wing was established in the Shahar Mental Hospital where, under strict scientific observation, I used Holy Qur’an to heal patients suffering from incurable schizophrenia, neurosis, insomnia, witchcraft, black magic, suicidal patients, and night frights. Despite lack of facilities, my healing rate was about 50%. Two doctors assisted in recording and documenting. I completed the scientific demonstration leaving records, reports and clippings from official Saudi newspapers. In 1980, I took this methodology, the El Gilani Methodology (EGM), to the United States. There, I set up psychiatric healing clinics and began training the American Muslims. In February 2012, a delegation of EGM practitioners, who are medical doctors, attended a conference in California sponsored by the Citizens Commission on Human Rights. At the conference, the delegation presented an updated EGM journal, which lists case studies of the only scientific methodology to actually heal patients. There is no hocus pocus.

I reveal these personal aspects of my life in order to dispel false accusations and propaganda about why I came to America and to underscore the dangers of Wahabis, who are the enemies of Sufis. I have myself personally been attacked six times by the Ikhwanul Muslimeen and Al Qaeda groups in Pakistan. I no longer find Pakistan a safe place for myself or my family. I am the head of a family who is all Americans and I plan to send them back to America where they can be safe from attacks by the terrorists. The campaign of falsehood against me and the MOA community has been launched by the Zionist front organizations, such as CAN, who wish to spark a clash between Muslims and Christian, but they have no understanding of the relationship.

There is nothing uncommon between Islam and Christianity, save a wooden stick. As such, there is nothing common between Islam and Wahabism-they are two separate religions so much so it is part of the Wahhabi religion to murder non-Wahabis as found in the detail in the book Confessions of a British Spy. Some of my followers were able to meet the promised Imam Mahdi who will come very soon, followed by Jesus, son of Mary who will appear on the Eastern dome of the rock in Palestine. Thereafter, Islam and Christianity will merge as one for they are two aspects of the same reality. As Muslims, we believe in Jesus, son of Mary as a messenger and prophet of Almighty God. We believe in Jesus, son of Mary’s Holy Gospel -though it is not currently found without change. For these reasons, some years ago we founded the United Muslim Christian Forum where we join together to celebrate the birthdays of both messengers. We know our enemies are trying to bring about clash of civilizations the way they brought about clash between Americans and Germans by allowing the Japanese to bomb Pearl Harbor. At that time, Germans were not against Americans, but they were against Zionist. So Zionist sacrificed the lives of millions of Americans to save themselves. Similarly, in Iraq, despite the fact that UN inspectors gave statements that no weapons of mass destruction existed, there was a push seen on Fox News to insist that WMDs were there.

The Muslims of the Americas has been targeted by Martin Mawyer who also appears on Fox programs passing claims that the village of Islamberg has WMDs. Another man ludicrously claimed that MOA has nuclear weapons, underground bunkers, tunnels and airports. An independent NY news channel, Al Arabiya investigated, inspected and proved with local police that every claim was a lie and no laws have been broken on Islamberg. One of CAN’s oft-repeated propaganda tools is to instill fear by showing pictures and video of Muslims doing military training and then state the training is being done by American Muslims to attack America. It is a well-known fact that those videos are from decades ago, when US President Reagan, the United Nations and the world was directing efforts against the communist threat of Russia in Afghanistan “calling” for people to come fight, urging the freedom fighters in their right to self-determination. Other videos feature Kashmiris who were also supported in their quest for freedom against the atrocities and genocide they faced under Hindu rule as sanctioned by a UN Resolution in 1947. These lies serve one purpose: to provoke an attack by the U.S. government against the American Muslim.

I warn the American government that in order to destroy the images of Muslims in America, our enemies are working day and night by posing as “jihadists” and brainwashing local American Muslims to undertake acts of sabotage. In 1993, such elements lured some Muslims saying they would train them to make bombs from fertilizers and later took them to America to destroy the World Trade Center. Thankfully, they were arrested. However, these wahabis will stop at nothing even very dangerous suicide bombers against all Americans- Muslims and otherwise.

My request to President Obama, as he enters his second term as president, is to protect Muslim minorities in America.This request is from me to him, for whether he acknowledges or not, he belongs to my family – the family of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) -as his real name is Syed Mubarik Hussain Obama. Almighty God has given him the opportunity to govern the U.S. and I advise him to do so with justice and kindness as he looks after the rights of all people, including saving the American Muslims from so-called Christians who are terrorizing them. This campaign of harassment led by Mawyer must stop, including his publishing of MOA addresses on the web. Not surprisingly, gunshots were recently fired at an MOA location in Virginia near the CAN headquarters. These criminals and their instigators must be arrested. American Muslims will not retaliate because we know that it will result in war in America between Muslims and Christians and we desire unity. Moreover, I need not advise the president to stop the use of drones that kill innocents in Afghanistan. Albeit, if you try to stop it you cannot because the drone lobby in America is very strong. The world knows that the U.S. isn’t truly operating independently anymore. Anyone who goes against the Zionist lobby in America goes the way of President John F. Kennedy. Nonetheless, ultimately these things have their own repercussions, not by men, but by the Almighty Creator as you have already seen through the devastating storm that hit the East coast.

With these words of clarification, I have advised the U.S. government to be careful about Ikhwanul Muslimeen and their branches who intend to brainwash local youngsters into becoming suicide bombers, which Islam forbids. If needed, I might have to come back to the U.S. to save, protect and seek justice for the life and property of the American Muslim. I demand that Muslims and Christians should join hands together to fight the Wahhabi terrorism and their global order.

It is our duty as Muslims to command what is right and forbid what is wrong. Unfortunately, sometimes it is from the very ranks of the Muslim communities that some of the most absurd wrongs are committed as is the case of Baba Jani Sarkar who claims that on his forehead, Almighty God is displaying His most sacred name, Allah, on the wrinkles in the corners of his eyes. Some have even reported seeing the name of the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the venerable names of Imam Ali and Hazrat Imam Hussein (ra) on Baba Jani’s face.

Logically, one should first ask why Allah would send down His Pure Name as a physical manifestation of His glory permanently attached to the head of a person who is undoubtedly going to enter the bathroom as well as come into contact with other impurities. It is absolutely impossible for Allah to do such a thing.

No Muslim would dare take Quran Majid or anything that contained a portion of Quran or Allah’s name into the bathroom. As an Ummah, it is shameful if we just accept anything without first performing investigation.

Muslim brethren be warned: do not fall prey to Baba Jani, a false bringer of glad tidings. Instead, pay heed to the words of Allah and His Holy Last Messenger, for Allah says in Quran al Majid:

“And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or says, ‘It has been revealed to me’, while nothing has been revealed to him, and one who says, ‘I will reveal [something] like what Allah revealed.’

And if you could but see when the wrongdoers are in the overwhelming pangs of death while the angels extend their hands, [saying], “Discharge your souls! Today you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation for what you used to say against Allah other than the truth and [that] you were, toward His verses, being arrogant.”6:93

Each of us are accountable for our own actions. It will not be acceptable to say “we didn’t know any better, we just followed so and so”. We are commanded to “seek knowledge from cradle to the grave”, so that we can differentiate between truth and falsehood.

We have viewed several videos and pictures of Baba Jani and there is nothing to see; some of the pictures even look as if he has manipulated his forehead.

Many hadith have been narrated regarding the emergence of false prophets and dajjal’s (antichrists) during the latter days. It is reported that the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The Hour (last day) will not be established until about thirty Dajjals [liars] appear, and each one of them will claim that he is God’s Apostle”. (Sahih Bukhari)

We know from other authentic traditions that the dajjal will lead people away using all sorts of trickery and that people won’t be able to tell the difference between false and actual miracles of Allah, except for those people who have true imaan. Hence, it is not strange to see things which are outwardly good, but ultimately poison to the core of our beliefs and lead us astray. This is known as istidraaj, meaning a person is allowed to continue doing the act of disobedience and prosper in it to the point where he thinks he is actually correct and justified in what he’s doing; and then he is punished by Allah.

This is a warning for all parts of the world to keep away from these types of people. We, as scholars of Al Azhar Al Sharif strongly denounce the claims of “Baba Jani” and those of his supporters as they go against all the principles of Islamic law and spirituality.

The United Nations is duty bound to take a keen interest in those people who are destroying and weakening America. These often unseen forces, this ‘hidden hand’, has aggressively entered preemptive wars, permitted spying on innocent citizens in places of worship, carried out torture, and secretly detained Muslims without benefit of charges. Furthermore, libel and slander are running rampant against Muslim leaders and organizations, while freedom of speech is manipulated to inhibit truth and encourage malicious lies in print and film designed to malign the peaceful religion of Al-Islam and the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him). Freedom of speech does not, and has not ever, granted permission to place another person’ life in danger and peril by instilling trauma and fear against a group.

Muslims have lived in harmony for hundreds of years alongside their brothers and sisters of other faiths and this tradition has been upheld by Muslims living in America in peace and prosperity. American Muslims love their country, love their religion, have respect for the law and the Constitution, and have done nothing to warrant this “war” against Islam. Muslims represent the fastest growing religion in America and expect, like Christian minorities living amicably in other countries for centuries, to be able to live without oppression and retaliation for matters not caused by them. Check history and we will see that Muslims did not push America into war in Iraq. Who were those in the American government who created the lie of “weapons of mass destruction”? Muslims did not push America to wage war in Afghanistan, but what of the elements within the American government that are known friends of the Saudi Arabia regimes who fund the Taliban and other non-Muslim wahabi factions. Thousands of American veterans have been killed with tens of thousands wounded to fight in senseless wars where millions of innocent civilians have perished. Whose enemy do they fight?

The extremist Zionist controlled-media has been used to deceive and manipulate the American people into believing that Muslims are enemies of Americans. This deception plays a large role in major historical events such as when Americans were deceived when led to believe there was a surprise attack on December 7, 1941 against Pearl Harbor. However, the truth has been revealed that there were those in the U.S. Government who were fully aware of the planned attack and used Pearl Harbor tragedy as an excuse to enter World War II. Most recently, history has repeated itself in the well-orchestrated 9/11 attack, blamed on Muslims within hours without any evidence, but as the truth prevails, it is found that the entire operation was a “false flag”. This terrible tragedy was orchestrated to bring about an immediate loss of civil liberties, thus launching a preemptive war; further deviating from the traditions set by the founding fathers of the United States of America.

President John F. Kennedy, in an address to the American press in 1961, warned of the dangers of what we see happening today in the American government with the aid of extremist Zionist controlled-media. The United Nations is duty-bound to take immediate action to prevent what Kennedy so astutely conveyed:

“The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are, as a people, inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it…. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment… For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.” (The President and the Press, April 27, 1961)

Secretary-General, in your recent address on United Nations Day 2012, you declared “The United Nations is a peacekeeper disarming fighters, a health worker distributing medicine, a relief team aiding refugees, a human rights expert helping deliver justice.” Today, justice is not being served in America; peace has been exchanged for war, human rights are being violated, Muslims in America are being persecuted through the use of media terrorism designed to incite fear and paranoia in the American people while igniting hatred between Christians and Muslims. The United Nations must protect the Muslims and call to account those who choose to violate law abiding, peace keeping citizens. Anywhere in world, Christians are fully protected with full freedom to practice the rites of their religion. America does not belong to any one religious group, but belongs to all who live here and Muslims should be granted those same freedoms without infringement.

Stop the media terrorists and hate groups that fund and support drunks, criminals and frauds to boisterously spout lies that only serve to bring about a clash between Muslims and Christians. It is known that Muslims believe in Jesus Son of Mary and accept the book he brought as a Holy book. The Holy Quran, which was burnt by so-called Pastor Terry Jones, actually contains five chapters of Jesus son of Mary and his blessed mother refuting lies against her and confirming that he was pious not illegitimate, but from his chaste mother. Jones and others like him are the socially rejected, the criminal, and the exiled who find ways to gain popularity and fortune at the expense of millions of Muslims living peacefully in America.

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, recently produced the filthy film “Innocence of Muslims”, which flagrantly defamed the noble character of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him), provoking riots, violence and deaths in several countries. Nakoula is a known felon who received money and support from many places and familiar anti-Islam faces to further his quest for fame and fortune. One of Nakoula’s supporters draws connection to Martin Mawyer, the drunkard and fraud who heads the Christian Action Network, who has found his fame and fortune by falsely accusing, then writing a book of lies about the community of The Muslims of the Americas (MOA), comprised of indigenous American Muslims living in rural, peaceful villages. Mawyer is attempting to provoke hysteria and fear in neighbors, friends and law enforcement to provoke violent actions against the Muslims of the Americas by falsely accusing the villages of housing bunkers and tanks while holding secret military training against their own countrymen - a ludicrous notion. In America, many religious minorities live in peace in their own villages and towns. American Muslims must be afforded the same rights without threat or incitement of fear.

These desperate individuals who lead the incitement of hate and violence had no jobs, no means of living, and were found as front men for these malicious attacks in exchange for popularity and fortune at the expense of Muslims who have committed no crime. As a peacekeeper in global affairs, the United Nations must act to preserve human life and stop the oppression that is being allowed to fester in the United States of America; even ignored in courts of law. Bring these men and others who follow suit, to justice for their crusade against Islam.

The International Qur’anic Open University (IQOU) launched the Mali Health and Development Initiative in 2011, sending a team of American personnel to offer medical and educational assistance to the West African nation troubled with poverty, illiteracy, disease and high mortality rates. Upon arrival, the team opened the Qadri Islamic Centre in Kalaban Coura, Bamako with the goal of coming together with the Malian people to eradicate pre-Islamic practices of sorcery and paganism that have appeared in their customs by promoting Islamic education and following the best example of all creation, the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him. A member of the delegation, Anisa Mahdi A. Sabur, blogs on their experiences:

Prior to my departure, one of my senior mentors said to me, “We donned the Gele, the Dashiki and embraced our African heritage, but it was not until His Eminence Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani came and taught us Al Islam and groomed us in its culture and decorum that  we were ready to return!” Allah be praised!

West Africa is rich with the heritage of the Sahabah Karam, the blessed companions of the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him), and Awliya and Sufiya - those who are loved by Almighty God due to their tireless worship, selfless service and spiritual purity.  Mali is the home of Timbuktu, the city that was once the premier center of Islamic scholarship, knowledge, and learning in Africa. The people are warm and friendly;  they welcomed us into their community.

However, after being in Bamako, the capital of Mali, for a month, and seeing beyond our happiness at being reunited with our culture and ancestry, we noticed the waning practice of Islam among the people. And now, we are humbled and privileged to be a part of reviving and  strengthening true deen (Islamic way of life) among the descendants of our very own forebears.

Some of the women have come to visit the newly established Qadri Islamic Centre to learn their salaat- the prayers every Muslim must perform at five times during the day,  in Arabic. They also request help in learning the Names of Allah, The Almighty Creator, learning Darood Sharif ( a special invocation asking The Almighty to send blessing upon the Holy Last Messenger, peace be upon him) and just to talk about Allah and His Nabi, peace be upon him, expressing  love for him. Also,  the  Dalaa’il-- Khairaat (another famous invocation proclaiming the sublime status and laudable attributes of the Holy Last Messenger - peace be upon him) is available and is revered.

Allah has given Mali great abundance in natural resources: gold, valued in the billions of dollars, leaves the country daily. It is one of the biggest - if not the biggest - exporter of beef in the region, as well as of cotton. There is also cloth, known throughout the continent for its beauty and quality, that only can be found in Mali. I have seen the men making it by hand – the process is intriguing.

Despite these riches, many of the people live in squalor- the result of hundreds of years of colonialism, which robbed Mali of much of its autonomy, natural wealth, and ravaged their integrity and spirit.The tragic effects of material and psychological poverty, filth and trash are everywhere. Lack of self-esteem and apathy is sadly reflected in the deplorable conditions, which have apparently been accepted by some of the Malian people. The fact that many have lost or given up their true belief and faith in Almighty God (regardless of whether they had adopted Islam or Christianity) is apparent in their yoke of sociological oppression and absence of remembrance of Allah.

The average life expectancy of Malian people is 47 due to malaria and their inability to pay for mundane healthcare and the incapability of their government to care.

In the city, a few of the women cover themselves according to the Islamic code of dress, and for the most part, it is the older women that wear the large chaddar draped around them. The majority of the women do not cover properly and many of the youth sport western apparel, especially the males; the young women wear hair weaves (synthetic hair woven into the real hair, which is unlawful for Muslims), wigs, and heavy makeup. As our Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) related, and our honorable and perfect Imam, El Sheikh Gilani , has taught us: when you dress like a people, you act like the people you emulate.

At the other end of the spectrum, we were shown pictures of the family village of Mahmoud, a member of the IQOU delegation, where Deen (Islam as a way of life) is practiced in letter and spirit. It is very clean and the women and men are covered. I imagined this is what things looked like during the days of the Sahabah Karam in Mali. The faces of the people are bright and healthy looking - a striking contrast to the condition and appearance of the city and its people.

Fridays and Mondays are honored days here in Mali, where the lovers dress up and fast - an act done  for spiritual purification which augments the worshipper’s love for Almighty God. Friday is  the day of special congregational prayers for Muslims, and before dispersing, more Muslims - in Mali and worldwide - are taking time to commemorate the immense blessing conferred upon mankind in the mission and message of Syedina Muhammad Mustapha, peace and blessings be upon him, called the ‘mercy to all the worlds’ by Allah in the Holy Qur’an.

As His Eminence El Sheikh Gilani has taught - when sending greetings of peace upon Nabi Muhammad on Fridays, he returns the greeting (felt by the heart); and loving him and his family is a means to obtain the love and mercy of Almighty God and a means for his benevolence and intercession. May Allah, The Most Exalted, revive  the people of Mali for their love of HIS Beloved - endless peace and blessing be upon him!  Amin.

Rock Hill, SC - The United Muslim Christian Forum (UMCF) held its 7th semi-annual interfaith program at the historical Winthrop University of Rock Hill, South Carolina on April 21, again bringing together Christians and Muslims from all over the country to celebrate the births of the second to last messenger of Almighty God, Jesus Son of Mary and the Holy Last Messenger, Muhammad, peace be upon them.

Under the auspices of the Vice Chancellor of the International Quranic Open University and founder of UMCF, El Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani, a moving speech was delivered by the Honorable Khalifa Hussein Adams, Chairperson of UMCF, who wove together a tapestry of Divine Light and Truth. His prayers and message - the results of historical research, common sense and wisdom - provided inspiration and a unique glimpse of Islam by way of the light of the Sufi Muslims who follow Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) in letter and spirit.

Rounding out the program lineup were two Christian guest speakers, leading Presbyterian Reverend Sam McGregor of Allison Creek Church and Christian missionary Ryan Peters; UMCF member Raabia Ahmed and a variety of Muslim and Christian singers.

With media smokescreens removed, the audience turned to the priority of the hour: Muslim Christian Unity. The Honorable Khalifa Hussein Adams cleared the misconceptions promoted by mainstream media who highlight the false schemes and practices of Wahhabis and Shiites. He called upon the world to join the family of Almighty God assembly by enjoining right and forbidding wrong.  In its policy statement, the United Muslim Christian Forum implores mankind to submit to Holy Scripture, lest our errors become the great mistakes that lead others astray. Shame on us if we hear truth and disobey. To mankind comes God’s Mercy. Our responsibility is to hear and obey.

In the name of Almighty God the Most Compassionate Most Merciful.

I bear witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him) is His Last Messenger and that Jesus (Son of Mary) is Messenger of God, His words and His spirit.  I believe in the Torah, the book of Almighty Creator which was sent down to Prophet Moses as guidance and law for Bani Israel, the Psalms given to David, The Gospel to Jesus and in The Holy Quran the last revelation of Almighty God sent to the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him).

Allah (swt) says in Holy Quran, “Whatever is between heaven and earth glorifies Him and He is Almighty, All Wise. Unto Him belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth.   He gives life and death and has power over everything.  He is the first and the last, the manifest and the hidden and He has knowledge of everything.  It is He who created the heavens and earth in six days, then established Himself upon the throne.  He knows what enters the earth and what gg
rises from it; what gushes forth, and what comes down from the heavens and what ascends to it.  (O mankind, ) He is with you wherever you may be and He sees what you do.  Unto him belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and to him all matters are returned.   He causes the night to turn into day and causes the day to turn into night and He is the Knower of what is in the breast.  (“secrets of heart”) (Surah-tul-Hadeed ayats 1-2)
Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him) son of Abdullah and Jesus son of Mary are two faces of one and the same reality.  For Muslims, Jesus son of Mary is the second last messenger of Islam.  It must be acknowledged that Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him), is the Last messenger and that His coming was foretold by Jesus son of Mary as glad tidings. In addition, the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) completed the mission of Jesus, son of Mary, by establishing law, emancipating slaves, and granting rites of inheritance and equal status to the woman.  He gave the world first declaration of human rights which is given in detail in his last sermon during pilgrimage. Almighty God declared him as the Mercy for all the Worlds.  With this, I take the opportunity to present various points about our beliefs about Jesus son of Mary and his mission in order to establish a better understanding between the followers of Jesus (Son of Mary), and Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him).

The reason we are all here today is because we know that despite our differences of belief, many love Jesus son of Mary, and this love, has always compelled us to come to common terms and share the same love.  The followers of Jesus son of Mary and those who love him are very much revered and mentioned in Holy Quran.  In the language of Holy Quran the followers of Jesus son of Mary are referred to as the Nazarene or Nasaara (in Arabic).  We all know that Jesus son of Mary not only raised the dead, but that he also made birds from clay and blew into them life in the name of Almighty God and they became alive.   Jesus was endowed with the divine attribute “haya” (Muhayy “the giver of life”) the power Almighty God delegated him to revive the dead.

“Then We sent following their footsteps Our messengers and followed [them] with Jesus, the son of Mary, and gave him the Gospel. And We placed in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy…” (Surah Al-Hadeed, 57:27)
We, the followers of Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him), recognize that those who believe in Jesus son of Mary in any form are our lost brethren and sisters.

We, Muslims know very well about the Old and New Testament and the life of Jesus son of Mary.  In fact, he is a role model for the Sufis, as opposed to the Jews who deprived him of the honor of being born to a Blessed virgin mother. They also conspired to take his life. He was called the son of an illegitimate birth while his mother was termed a woman of ill repute. However, God exonerated Noble Mary from the horrible accusation against her blessed person, and upheld her noble character and virtuous being when He revealed to the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) in Holy Quran saying, "... and she who guarded her chastity. We breathed into her some of Our Spirit and made her and her son a Sign for all the worlds" (Holy Quran 21:91).

Perhaps you are well aware of the fact that the Jews brought false allegations of sedition and rebellion against Jesus son of Mary to their Roman masters. Because of this, they say he was crucified.  I pose this very important question to you. How is it possible that those who conspired to have Jesus son of Mary crucified be more powerful than God? Are the conspirators more powerful or is God more powerful?  If there is any person who believes that the conspirators, (the Jewish high priests) who were the stooges of the Romans, were able to crucify Jesus son of Mary, then that person must also believe that these Roman and priests were more powerful than God. God delegated the power of giving life to Jesus son of Mary, thus, if these conspirators were able to crucify Jesus then they were able to take away the power of giving life which was only delegated to Jesus by Almighty God. Therefore, the person who wants to believe that Jesus (son of Mary) died on the cross must also be prepared to disbelieve in Almighty God, His power and Jesus son of Mary.

The world must know that Holy Quran, which was revealed to the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him), is the only book in existence which is intact - not a single vowel has been removed from its place.  There is one copy of Holy Quran which is exact to the one we read today laying in a museum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan for all to see. This Holy Quran was sent by the second Khalifa of Islam Umar the great, almost 1500 hundred years ago. We believe in the old and new testament, but it is a well-known fact that Bani Israel corrupted the Bible as well as changed all the laws in the Torah.  Allah sent Jesus son of Mary to restore the law and propagate the truth.  The basis of Allah emanates from the declaration “Hear Ye The Lord Thy God is One.” In addition, all the laws in the Torah, which had been corrupted and changed, were restored by Jesus son of Mary.

As I have previously mentioned, Jesus son of Mary is a role model for Sufis. There are many who claim that because followers of Jesus son of Mary believe in the trinity they are polytheist. Sufi’s on the contrary do not believe this. Sufi’s are fully aware and understand that the followers of Jesus son of Mary who are claimed to have started worshipping three gods, in fact do not worship three separate entities. Furthermore, they are not polytheist.  They worship three manifestations of one in the same God.  

One of the greatest Sufi masters of Islam, the spiritual son of the great Sufi Sultan Muhayyadin Abdul Qadir Gillani (471 AH - 561AH) is Muhayyadin Ibn Arabi. He is generally known as “Sheikh-e-Akbar” who wrote the famous revelation Futuhat –al- Makkia which, is four volumes and 356 chapters.  It explains man's relationship with the Creator, the reality of man and the fact that the real man is not the one we see in the physical world.  He has explained that the Nasaara, or followers of Jesus are not polytheists but that in fact they worship three manifestations of one and the same God.  You will be surprised to know that it is not possible for anyone to become Muslim without acknowledging the Messenger-hood of Jesus (Son of Mary).  A Muslim must declare it along with the regular recitation of ‘there is no god but God and the Holy Last Messenger is messenger of God.” There is a saying of the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him), which is very important for all Muslims and Christians alike.  One of the Holy companions of the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) Ubaida (Allah be pleased with him) quotes that the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) said “Whosoever declared that there is no God but one God, that He has no partners and that I am his servant and messenger, has also declared that Isa (Jesus son of Mary) is a servant of God and His messenger and His word, which he blew into Maryam (Mary), and he is therefore the spirit of God.  Then he also testified that Jenna (paradise) is true and Jehennam (hell) is true and Almighty God will let him enter paradise despite his minor misdeeds and sins.”  This saying was quoted by the great commentator and compiler (Bukhari) from the book of messengers.

Therefore, Ibn Arabi’s explanation that the three aspects; the word of God, the spirit of God, and the manifestation of God is One of the same God.  Ignorant people declare them as three gods; whereas for the learned this should solve the problem of the Trinity.  Because the trinity is the biggest barrier between the followers of Jesus son of Mary and the followers of Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him), this explanation is given to enlighten you and tell you that Holy Quran has the complete explanation from beginning until the end of the world.  I will now recite a few ayahs of Holy Quran, which is in fact the guidance for all mankind, regardless of your religion.  Almighty God is Lord cherisher of all the worlds.

And, (O My Esteemed Beloved,) recite the account of Maryam (Mary) in the Book (the Holy Qur’an) when she separated from her family (adopting seclusion for worship and) moved to the eastern house. So she adopted veiling from them (the family and the people so that the Absolute Divine Beauty unveils Himself). Then We sent Our Spirit (the angel, Jibra’il – Gabriel,) towards her who appeared before her in the complete form of a human being.

(Maryam [Mary]) said: ‘I seek refuge with the Most Gracious (Lord) from you if you fear              Allah.’

(Jibra’il [Gabriel]) said: ‘I am only a messenger from your Lord. (I have come) to bestow upon you a pure son.’

(Maryam [Mary]) said: ‘How can there be a son to me whereas no man has even touched me, nor am I unchaste?’

(Jibra’il [Gabriel]) said: ‘(Do not wonder.) It will be the same way. Your Lord says: This (work) is easy for Me, and (the objective is) that We may make him a Sign for the people and Mercy from Us. And it is a matter (already) decreed.’

So Maryam (Mary) conceived him and positioned herself at a remote site aloof (from the people).

Then the birth pangs drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree. She said (in anxiety): ‘Would that I had died before this and had become totally forgotten!’

Then (Gabriel or ‘Isa [Jesus] himself) called out to her from beneath her: ‘Grieve not. Surely your Lord has made a water spring flow under you (or has created and laid under you a divinely eminent human being).

And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you. It will shed fresh ripe dates upon you.

So eat and drink and cool (your) eyes (with the sight of your beautiful, lovely baby). Then if you see any man, say (to him by gestures): ‘I have vowed a fast (of silence) to the Most Gracious (Lord), so I shall just not talk to any human being today.’

Then, carrying (the baby in her lap), she came to her people. They said: ‘O Maryam (Mary), surely you have brought quite an amazing thing!

O sister of Harun (Aaron)! Neither was your father a bad man nor was your mother an unchaste woman.’

On this Maryam (Mary) pointed to (the baby). They said: ‘How can we talk to him who is (yet) an infant in the cradle?’

The (infant himself) spoke out: ‘I am indeed a servant of Allah. He has given me the Book and has raised me as a Prophet.

And wherever I may reside, He has made me an embodiment of blessing. And He has enjoined upon me Prayer and Zakat (the Alms-due) as long as I am alive.

And (He has made me) treat my mother with excellent morality and has not made me disobedient and ill-fated.

And peace be upon me on the day of my birth, the day of my demise and the day I shall be raised up alive.’

Such is ‘Isa son of Maryam (Jesus son of Mary). That is the truth about which these people doubt. (Holy Qur’an, Surah Maryam, line 16 – 34)

I am sure you are well aware of and realize the fact that there are invisible hands who are trying to bring a clash between both religions by propagating false accusations and misunderstandings about Islam. As Muslims we are very sad and concerned about this present situation. Islamaphobia has grown very widespread and is becoming a big problem. The situation is heightened due to the fact that most Americans think they know about Islam; however their knowledge is based on 101 (one hundred and one) Arabian nights, Hollywood movies, or Omar Khayam.  In reality, very few people in the American system have conducted any research on Islam. For the sake of peace in the United States of America, as well as the entire world, we expect our honorable guest present here today, to remove any misunderstandings between the followers of Jesus son of Mary and the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him).

I must assure our honorable guest speakers and audience, if only the small number of those present here today take it upon themselves to remove this false propaganda, a tremendous difference will be made.  In addition, I would like you to guide us on how we can do away with Islamaphobia and how we all can come together on common ground.

Here we must try by all means to dispel Islamophobia from the minds of not only Americans but the entire Western world. In this regard, we cannot deny that due to lack of knowledge, people attribute elements such as terrorism, destruction, and suicide bombing to Islamic extremists. Whereas the fact is, all these evil deeds which are being perpetrated against Western people and even Muslims are being carried out by Wahhabis and in many cases by Shiites. Most unfortunately, the conspirators in western countries who control the media, including Hollywood movies, have always projected Wahhabi Islam and Shiite Islam whereas it is a tremendous farce and falsehood against true Islam. This is like saying Jewish Christianity. Briefly, I can tell you that Wahhabis have their own religion and that they do not consider the rest of Islamic world as their co-religious allies. Since the day the British founded and promoted Muhammad ibn Wahab and his doctrine Wahabism, Wahhabis have murdered millions of Muslims, looted, and desecrated Holy places.

I would like to quote (in this regard) a passage from “Two faces of Islam” by Stephen Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz writes about the alliance between the Saud family and Ibn Wahab saying, "Their true aim was conquest and world domination. For his part, Ibn Abdul-Wahhabi imagined himself a new prophet who would replace the Ottoman Calipha as sole theological authority within the global Islamic Ummah. For Al Sa’ud, meanwhile, the extremism of the Wahhabis provided a means for legitimation of political power. Many commentators, Muslim and non-Muslim have characterized the Wahhabis’ labeling of other Muslim Unbelievers as nothing more than a pretext for robbery, murder, and rape, which would naturally appeal to desert brigands who rallied at Al Sa’ud. Ibn Abdul Wahhab may not have been the Antichrist, or Dajjal, as this figure is known in Islam, but he was something equally fearsome: the first known exemplar of totalitarianism, which may be defined as the merging of an extremist ideology with an absolute state."

"Ibn Abd al-Wahhab and his followers called for “jihad” against Muslims. In this they imitated the grim example of the “reformer” Ibn Taymiyyah, who had incited “jihad” against the Islamists Mongols. Turkish scholar Hilmi Ishiik has assembled an authoritative chronicle of religiously motivated Wahhabi cruelty. After the sacking of Karbala, this was most dramatically illustrated by their conduct following the surrender of Taif. The city was threatened by some 10,000 Wahhabi bandits, as they were described by the Islamic sources of the time, led by 20 desert brigands under the Wahhabi commander Salim ibn Shakban. The citizens of Taif administered a serous defeat to the extremists. Yet confused situation and the decision of Sharif Ghalib to go to Jedah for help left the people of Taif weak in the face of persistent Wahhabi harassment. Many fled with their families. Finally the citizens of Taif petitioned for an honorable surrender, based on guarantees for the security of their lives and the chastity of their women. But a parley with a brutal and avaricious Wahhabi envoy, under a flag of truce, was interrupted by the Wahhabis direct attack on the town."

"In the taking of Taif, it is said that the Wahhabis “killed every woman, man and child they saw, slashing with their swords even babies in cradles The streets were flooded with blood. “ Citizens who surrendered in their houses were executed, their bodies trampled by horses and left unburied. Their homes were looted and their possessions scattered, later to be washed away by rain. The Wahhabis then set about destroying all the holy tombs and burial grounds in the city, followed by the mosques and Islamic schools, or madrassas.  They destroyed the tombs of Grandson of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) - a massacre of over half million people.

The Wahhabis killed everyone in sight, slaughtering both, child and adult, the ruler and the ruled, the lowly and the well-born. And when they wiped out the people they found in the houses, they went out into the streets, the shops and the mosques, killing whomever happened to be there. They killed even men bowed in prayer until they had exterminated every Muslim who dwelt in Taif and only a remnant, some 20 or more, remained.

They were holed up in Beit al-Fitni with ammunition, inaccessible to the Wahhabis’ approach. There was another group at Beit al-Far, numbering 270, who fought them that day, then a second and third, day, until the Wahhabis sent them a guarantee of clemency; only they  tendered this proposal as a trick. For when the Wahhabis entered, they seized their weapons and slew them to a man. They induced others to surrender with a guarantee of mercy and took them to the valley of Waj, where they abandoned them in the cold and snow, barefoot, naked and exposed in shame with their women, accustomed to the privacy afforded them by common decency and religious morality. They then plundered their possessions; wealth of any kind, household furnishings, and cash.

The Wahhabis cast books into streets, alleys and byways to be blown to and fro by the wind, among which could be found copies of Quran, volumes of Bukhari, Muslim, other canonical collections of Hadith and books of Islamic jurisprudence, all mounting to the thousands. These books remained there for several days, trampled upon by Wahhabis. None among them made the slightest attempt to remove even one page of Quran from underfoot to preserve it from the ignominy of this display of disrespect. Then, they razed the houses, and made what was once a town a barren waste. It is said that the leather and gilt bindings of the Islamic holy books they had destroyed were used to make sandals for the Wahhabi warriors.

Next the Wahhabis entered Holy city of Mecca. Sharif Ghalib drove them away, but Wahhabi raids continued until Ghalib surrendered the city. The Wahhabis then turned to Medina. Saud bin Abdul al-Aziz addressed the people thusly; ”There is no other way for you than to submit. I will make you cry out and vanish as I did the people of Taif.” On taking Medina, they stole the Prophet’s treasure. This included holy books, works of art, and other priceless gifts sent to the city during the previous 1,000 years. While they controlled the Two Holy Palaces, they imposed Wahhabism as an official creed, barred pilgrims from performing the hajj, covered up the Kaabah with a rough black fabric, and began the demolition of shrines and cemeteries. The disruption of the hajj provoked uproar through the Muslim world. Murders of leading citizens of both holy cities continued.

Mr. Schwartz adds,
“Wahabism, Stalinism, and Nazism had another hidden aspect in common.  All indoctrinated their followers in the mentality of “two worlds,” that is, of two utterly separate realities within human society.  These were, for the Communists, “the camp of imperialism” and “the camp of peace and socialism.”  This division of the world laid the basis for the Cold War. Wahhabis viewed the world in similar terms.  They sought an Ummah sufficient unto itself with no “external” relations except those between Wahhabi rulers and the minority of their subjects who remained protected as People of the book.  All others were to be liquidated, beginning with the Sufis. Thus they split the planet between the “house of war” and the “house of peace,” as the Communist divided the globe into two spheres Capitalist and Socialist. But the Wahhabis made it a permanent item of faith, in line with their ferocious separatism; indeed, echoing the Khawarij, they said all areas in which non-Wahhabi Islam obtained were part of the “house of war.” Dar ul Harb

He further states that,
“Wahhabism, embodies a program for the ruthless conquest of power and a war of extermination against “the other,” Islamic as well as Judeo-Christian.  Wahhabism exalts and promotes death in every element of its existence: the suicide of its adherents, mass murder as weapon against civilization, and above all the suffocation of the mercy embodied in Islam.  The war against terrorist Wahhabism is therefore a war to the death, as the Second World War was a war to the death against fascism.  But triumph over death is the victory of life:  With the Western defeat of the Taliban –Wahhabi regime in Afghanistan in 2002, the other, beautiful face of Islam was again revealed.  Anthony Shadid wrote in the Boston Globe, “ The Sufi movement, a branch of Islam in which adherents disavow dogmatic interpretations of the faith for a more personal relationship with God, is witnessing  a  revival, providing a new face for the religion  after the Taliban’s fall.”  The Sufi masters Mujaddidi and Gailani, who had become the most consistent opponents of both Soviet and Saudi imperialism, could now resume their spiritual mission while returning to public life in he struggle to find the right direction for the country.

There is much more which could be added however this is enough to inform the public that Wahabism does not recognize Islam and Muslims their co-religious counterparts.  From the time of their inception the Wahabbis have waged war against Muslims, particularly targeting the descendants of Holy Last Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).
Wahabism is an independent religion founded by ibn wahab and supported by the British to occupy Holy land. Thus, the term ‘Wahhabi Islam’ is absolutely wrong.
Similarly, the other term ‘Shia Islam’ is wrong and false as well.  Shias have their own religion and laws which they follow. Rather than following the words of Almighty God, as they do not believe in Holy Quran because they claim that many chapters are missing, they follow the words of their imam. Islam is based on the 5 pillars of faith which are:

1. To declare oneness of Almighty god and the messenger hood of the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him)
2. To offer 5 obligatory prayers daily
3. To pay Zakah or the poor due tax
4. To fast in the month of Ramadan, and
5. To perform Hajj or the Holy Pilgrimage once in a lifetime.

On the contrary the Shia’s do not believe in the 5 pillars nor are they bounded by Islamic law or sharia. They hurl accusations and abuse against the 1st and second Caliphs of Islam. They do not pray, neither do they ever declare the proper creed of Islam that “There is no God but Allah and Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him) is His Last Messenger.” In addition, as opposed to Islam where marriage is permanent Shia’s have introduced and practice temporary marriage also called muta as a part of their religion.

The American public must know that the people committing these crimes in the name of Islam are doing so to create Islamophobia in America and elsewhere in the world. Not a single Muslim has been found committing suicide bombings and the killing innocent people. From Moscow to Bosnia, India to America…these people are operating for the domination of their religion.  This should be sufficient information in order for you to understand that these crimes are not and have not been committed by Muslims. This is the reality and truth.

We Muslims are your brothers who love Jesus and try our best to follow him. I would now like to make a petition to you, our honorable guests. I request that each one of you make a comment which we will endorse concerning whatever has presented before you which should become a beacon of light for all, not only those who love and follow Jesus son of Mary, but for those all over the world.  I ask for your comments be absolutely impartial based on your understanding and knowledge upon this reality, so that the followers of Jesus son of Mary and the Holy Last Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) can become one.  Indeed this ultimate unity will take place when Jesus son of Mary will come down from heaven. He will descend on the minaret of Mosque at Aqsa. He will kill the Anti-Christ and then both religions will become one and the same religion.  This will happen.

Perhaps you are not aware, we read in Holy Quran about a war fought between Persians and the early Christian empire (the Roman Christians) called Byzantine and in Holy Quran a glad tiding was given about a victory to the followers of Jesus Son of Mary. It is mentioned in a chapter called Rome (Rum). Do you have any other belief in the word so close to you and your messenger? If you find anyone closer to you than Muslims, please let us know.

We are not here to contest your belief. We are here to find some common ground. We do not challenge nor contest what you believe, we simply provided information about what Muslims believe about Jesus son of Mary based on what we are taught from Holy Quran in which we are told that despite the differences, on the last day Allah will question Jesus son of Mary and he will seek pardon for all those who loved him.  Muslims and Christians must focus on common grounds- and we do have many common grounds to build our relationship on:

1: We both believe in One God (Here ye oh Israel your Lord Thy God is One God....and you should love Him with all your might and all your strength...).
2: We both believe in following and upholding 10 commandments
3: We both love and revere Jesus and his blessed mother.
4: We both believe in his miraculous birth by a virgin mother.
Again, we are not here to contest each other’s' beliefs but to join hands on what is common between us.

I would now like to quote Holy Quran on an incident which has yet to happen.  Allah has told us that on the Day of Judgment everyone will be brought before Almighty God and he will ask Jesus son of Mary if he told people to worship him, to which he will respond.

And behold! Allah will say "O Jesus the son of Mary! didst thou say unto men 'worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah"? He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing Thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart though I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.

"Never said I to them anything except what Thou didst command me to say to wit 'Worship Allah my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up thou wast the Watcher over them and Thou art a Witness to all things.
"If Thou dost punish them they are Thy servants: if Thou dost forgive them Thou art the Exalted the Wise.

Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are Gardens with rivers flowing beneath their eternal home: Allah well-pleased with them and they with Allah: that is the great Salvation (the fulfillment of all desires).
To Allah doth belong the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is therein and it is He who hath power over all things. (surah Maida 116-120)

These are most beautiful and thought-provoking situations despite the fact that people knowingly had been wrongly attributing attributes to him with the trinity. Still he seeks forgives for them.  There’s no doubt that Allah will forgive, but the relief from that is not what we desire. We wish that before that time you should believe in Almighty God and give Jesus (son of Mary) his proper position not son-ship or the position of Almighty God Himself.  In no way are we condemning, we are trying to save, encourage and give glad tidings from Almighty God.  I request to all those who love and adore him, please do not raise his level of divinity nor make him the son of Almighty God.
 

All good people, friends of god, are called sons of god.

I will conclude with the the policy statement of the senior of Abdul Qadir Gillani institute which is: At this time in the United States of America the only people who practice Islam in letter and spirit and follow the Qadira Sufi order are Muslims of America.  We love Islam and are trying to coordinate our efforts and understanding with the followers of Jesus son of Mary. We believe that peace and solidarity lies in Muslim and Christian Unity with those who are the followers of Jesus son of Mary.

You have already been presented with irrefutable evidence regarding the Wahhabi terrorism which has affected religion and condemned Islam worldwide. Those who call themselves Wahhabi do not consider Muslims as Co religious and they along with the Shiites have their own religion.  Both groups are involved in acts of terrorism.  Again, no Muslim, which you may refer to as an orthodox Muslim, has ever been charged with any act of terrorism within or out of the United States of America.  At the same time there is a great deal of negligence on the part of the United States government as they allow full freedom of Wahhaabism to operate from their mosques, which have become centers of Salafi movement with some aim of converting American Muslims and later they use ‘Ikhwaan’ (brotherhood) to murder, terrorize, and destroy their enemies i.e. USA.

The Wahaabis receive billions of dollars to propagate evil from their gospel written by their prophet Muhammad Ibn wahhab, who was in fact an agent of the British secret service. He was recruited by Humphries who has written in great detail on this in his famous book Confessions of British spy.  Wahabbism is and always has been propagated by British agencies through Muhammad Ibne Wahhab.

After being given quotations from Holy Quran and sayings of the Holy Last Messenger (), you will not find any other religion with Islam’s closeness to Christianity. Based on pure reason, anyone who hurls false attributes or lies against Muslims, he in fact, bring lies upon Almighty God, His Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him) and Jesus Son of Mary. This I have brought to you by giving you all the quotations, entirely based on reason, logical and analytical deduction of what we find in our Holy book and the saying of Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him) about Jesus Son of Mary, his beliefs and his followers. We Sufis declare that in our Sufi doctrine the first lesson of guidance is to know that Mankind is the family of God.   Therefore, we have to propagate Muslim-Christian unity day and night.  Otherwise our negligence will lead to the third and last crusade or the third world war, from which nobody would be safe.  May Almighty God of Abraham, Yaqoub, David, Solomon Jesus and Muhammad give us strength to uphold our noble mission.

On what grounds?

His Eminence further queries  Dr. Tahirul Qadri: “Who made you Sheikh-Ul-Islam, and on what grounds? What services do you perform? Who funded you and for what purpose? Where did you get the billions it took to build your grandiose complex in Lahore?”

His Eminence, El Sheikh Gilani,  as Sultan of the Awliyya --those dedicated to sincere worship of the Almighty Creator, and who strictly avoid sin-- and Head of the Qadri Tariqa Order, has the right to question, investigate or admonish anyone who claims to be Qadri, whether a sheikh, lay person or Sufi.

Not just a former politician, Tahirul Qadri is founding chairman of the political party Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), which was organized during one of the most corrupt periods in the country.

On the contrary, His Eminence, El Sheikh Gilani, through The International Quranic Open University (IQOU), has, for years, repeatedly denounced anti-Islamic activity and promoted Islamic education and following the tolerant and peace-loving ways of the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him.) Yet, Tahirul Qadri writes in his book  Firqah Parasti Ka Khaatimah Qu Kar Mumkin Heh, “When the Creator of the Universe did not give the Prophet the authority that he appoint anything according to his wishes in the affairs of religion...” Such an insult would never be uttered by an ordinary Muslim, much less propagated by a scholar or Qadri. The fact is that the honor displayed by the Most High toward His Beloved Last Messenger (peace be upon him) is to such an extent that not only were his words revelation from the Almighty, but he was referred to by his blessed companions as the walking, talking Holy Qur’an.

Tahirul Qadri would do well to at least attempt to earn his self-dubbed title of Sheikhul Islam and “Mujaddid” by bowing down before the authority of the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) and  by imitating the noble generosity of the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him). The descendant of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) has always prompted the Muslims of the Americas (MOA) organization has to take the lead and active role in charity and social welfare as well as in condemning terrorism.

MOA scouts and affiliate charity organizations were working side by side with the Red Cross at Ground Zero on September 12, 2001, as organizers of anti-terrorist demonstrations, and news conferences at the UN and White House. His Eminence, El Sheikh Gilani wrote several letters to U.S. presidents from the Reagan Administration to the Obama Administration offering his help or solutions as an Ambassador of Peace,  addressing the conflicts of nations in the Muslim world.

Again, it should be asked: what work has Tahirul Qadri done for the ummah?

In light of this negative assessment from His Eminence, El Sheikh Gilani, we, the Muslims of the Americas, do not welcome Dr Tahir here. We stand united in agreement with our Murshid Kamil that Dr. Tahir should return to his own country: “American Muslims do not need you!” Those who take issue with His Eminence’s  assessment of Dr Tahir because of his advertised credentials, given the study of history, should not be naive about the creation of fake sheikhs and leaders coming from one of the two sources--either nafsani: from incompetent Muslims within Islam, or without: from the kufar, the Shaitanic enemies of Islam, who do not believe in The Almighty Creator, and would stop at nothing to destroy, or nullify the faith and power of Deen ul Islam, the Islamic way of life.

His Eminence Syed Ali Hujwari, Almighty God’s mercy be upon him, authored the  renowned book, Al Kashf al Mahjub, the oldest treatise on Sufism or the practice of tasawwuf -  the resolute path of abandonment of worldly desires, purification of the heart and adorning it with virtuous qualities, dedication to obedience to the Commands of Almighty God, and resultant  attainment of His Love, Pleasure, and Favor. Due to their abstinence, piety, and wisdom, Sufis are relied upon for spiritual leadership and guidance by the Muslims –traditionally, they are highly esteemed and trusted. Within Al Kashf al Mahjub, Syed Hujwari states that among those who claim the adoption of tasawwuf are individuals of three kinds: the Sufi, (the attained) the mutasawwif (the sincere seeker) and the mustaswif (the fake). The mutasawwif is he who copies the outward form of the Sufi and dons the garb and appearance of the Sufi merely for the sake of money and wealth, power, and worldly advantages; he has no connection or knowledge with the Sufi or mutasawwif. The Sufis say the mustaswif is a covetous fly in greed… and like a wolf who preys on sheep. In America, the term we have coined for these fake sheikhs is “scholars for dollars.” All Muslims have personally known of or have met at least one fake sheikh or scholar in this capacity who utilizes the Qadri  title and an eloquently styled knowledge of Islam, for purposes other than the pleasure of Allah.

Sir Hempher, in his work, Confessions of a British Spy, gave the whole outline and plan of how the British Intelligence agencies created the deviant Saudi/ Wahhabi sect to destroy Islam from within by establishing  an Islamic school in England that produced various pseudo sheikhs and  scholars trained  in authentic Islamic sciences. British agent  Hempher, himself studied under bona fide scholars to validate his credentials and claim of ijazah (permission to teach). With this validation, he could comfortably travel undetected throughout the Muslim world as a learned Muslim. He embraced and promoted Ibn Abdul Wahhab, founder of Wahhabism, brainwashing him into believing that he was destined to be a ‘great sheikh and reformer’ (mujaddid).

Later,  Lawrence of Arabia, another British agent, recruited Ibn Saud to murder believers (true practicing Muslims) under the pretext of stamping out heresy. Similarly, other British agents in India helped to create the Qadiani sect and its false leaders from the Tablighi Jamaat. In Turkey, numerous Masonic people were sent to destroy the Ottoman Caliphate, the last remnant of the worldwide Islamic government; in Egypt, Muhammad Abdu was the agent of deception; in Pakistan, Maudidi - the latter was formerly a newspaper reporter hired by the British to oppose the creation of Pakistan.

Naturally, Muslims, in the quest and hope for real leadership, find it hard to believe that any scholarly  Muslim, eloquently presenting beautiful teachings of Islam,  would outwardly misrepresent the Islamic  way of life. Most believers tend to lead with their personal feelings about people, instead of assessing situations with reason, which is “the root of our faith,” according to the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him). We must beware lest, with soft words but evil intent, Satan enters through the open door of our hearts.
