God Almighty has graced us with many wonderful herbs to help us heal ourselves.  A well-known and multi-purposeful herb is yarrow – a plant which has been used for thousands of years.  It is recognized world-wide as a wound healer; it fights infection and stops bleeding.  During World War One, the soldiers took it to the battlefields. Doctors and soldiers put it directly into open wounds.

Spring is upon us again and we can prepare the soil for tilling and the fields for planting. We can also aid our bodies to clean themselves internally. During this season, when our bodies are naturally removing the winter wastes and preparing for warmer weather, it would be advantageous to your metabolism, if you ate “live food”. This would aid your body in removing winter sludge. Eat foods that have high nu-trient and vitamin content. Eat foods that are organic, and naturally packed with life- rendering energy, such as beets, wheat grass, barley grass (always drink any kind of grass juice on an empty stomach and wait 30-45 minute before eating anything solid for maximum effectiveness), fresh collard juice, spinach and all green, leafy vegetables. The word vitamin literally means “union of vitality”. Live foods are needed to maintain good health; however, it is very popular to use vitamin supplements. Vitamin supplements are synthetic. There have been millions of au-topsies recording large clumps of vitamin supplements lodged within the colon walls which have not been fully digested. If you must use, them use liquid vitamins and make sure they are of natural substances.

Whenever anyone sees blood they are frightened because this usually signals something serious is happening. One rarely thinks of blood, unless it is seen.

The blood pumping through the veins is the lifeline. It distributes oxygen, nutrients, and hormones throughout the body, while removing waste and toxins from the system.
It is in the blood where the body’s main immune system defenses – the protection from illness and infection– are located.

Many people are unfamiliar with the disease malaria. While not as common as many illnesses, it has, however, shown its face to many travelers. Although it is not contagious, malaria kills nearly 3 million people worldwide every year. The disease is spread by mosquitoes which are infected with the malaria parasite. The parasite is found in the red blood cells and can be transmitted through a blood transfusion. New studies indicate it may also be transmitted from a mother to her unborn child before or during delivery -which is called congenital malaria.

In recent months, there have been a rash of medical occurrences involving psychiatric maladies resulting from Jinn possessions. Jinns, those unseen entities that inhabit this world simultaneously with human beings, and often interact with human beings on varied levels. Occasionally, these human to Jinn interactions are congenial. However, for the most part, these exchanges have very troublesome results. Due to the current level of moral unrest in our society, the amount of negative interactions has escalated.

Having failed many years of conventional medical treatment, a gentleman approached me seeking EGM therapy for his diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). After many months of counseling, the patient seemed to be adhering to the rationale that he first received from psychiatrists regarding his affliction.

This is despite the fact that he has had no helpful explanation for what has occurred and continues to suffer pain and mental anguish. To no avail I have tried to convey to him that this problem cannot be organic in nature but may result in organic signs and symptoms.

What is needed to prevent this illness, is the knowledge of what causes it exactly. Here are a few things that can cause Alzheimer’s disease:

Alzheimer’s disease became well known in 1906 when German physician Alois Alzheimer became dismayed over one of his patient’s behavior. She had come to him in 1901 for treatment. She was a 51 year old woman who had become very confused. She developed problems with speaking and understanding what was being said to her. He worked hard to try to help her, however all of his efforts failed. Her symptoms worsened, and she passed away. He had so many unanswered questions that he requested permission from her family to do an autopsy. The autopsy revealed many things.

A Miswak or Siwak, the twig a majority of people from Muslim countries use daily to brush their teeth, is an alien thing to most people in the Western world. Although it might sound outdated to use twigs from trees to clean one’s mouth and teeth, studies conducted on the Miswak prove otherwise, inferring that the Miswak is better than toothpaste for preventing gum disease.

A one month treatment using Folotyn costs: $30,000, according to the New York Times (NYT), which Caruso says is “fairly priced,” and “benchmarked” against other drugs marketed for cancer, which also run into the thousands.

The Army, National Guard and Army Reserve lost at least 211 personnel to suicide. More than half of those who took their lives had served in either Iraq or Afghanistan. The Army suicide rate of 20.2 per 100,000 personnel is higher than that registered among males aged 19 to 29, the gender age bracket with the highest rate among the general population. Before 2001, the Army rarely suffered 10 suicides per 100,000 soldiers.

American military personnel are continuing to take their own lives in unprecedented numbers, as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq wars drag on. By late November, at least 334 members of the armed forces had committed suicide in 2009, more than the 319 who were killed in Afghanistan or the 150 who died in Iraq. While a final figure is not available, the toll of military suicides last year was the worst since records began to be kept in 1980.

4. Midwifery is one of the oldest alternative therapies in existence. Since the beginning of time, women have always looked for the more experienced and knowledgeable woman for help during childbirth. Though hospital births are the norm today, midwives have delivered most of the worlds babies. Certified Nurse Midwives (C.N.M) often work in hospitals and clinics along side conventional Obstetricians. In the United States, and much of the developed world, a license is required to deliver babies.

Cold and flu season has finally arrived, and it is very likely your immune system is in battle. Ever-present viral and bacterial agents are constantly waiting to attack healthy cells. There are also many man made germs and chemicals that are major contributors to our illnesses; however, during the winter months many people suffer from flu and allergy symptoms too.
