For six weeks, from early June until the third week in July 2011, about 70 young Muslim ladies from across the Americas have gathered in Holy Islamberg, in the Catskill mountains near Hancock, New York, for the 24th Banaatun Noor International Annual Summer Camp under the direct supervision of our Blessed Murshid (spiritual guide and leader) Sheikh Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani. The BNI camp provides a quiet, rustic, secluded setting, located far from the hectic routines of daily living, facilitating the concentration and immersion into the study of Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him, that is necessary to bring about the reformation and transformation of human souls.

Spring is upon us again and we can prepare the soil for tilling and the fields for planting. We can also aid our bodies to clean themselves internally. During this season, when our bodies are naturally removing the winter wastes and preparing for warmer weather, it would be advantageous to your metabolism, if you ate “live food”. This would aid your body in removing winter sludge. Eat foods that have high nu-trient and vitamin content. Eat foods that are organic, and naturally packed with life- rendering energy, such as beets, wheat grass, barley grass (always drink any kind of grass juice on an empty stomach and wait 30-45 minute before eating anything solid for maximum effectiveness), fresh collard juice, spinach and all green, leafy vegetables. The word vitamin literally means “union of vitality”. Live foods are needed to maintain good health; however, it is very popular to use vitamin supplements. Vitamin supplements are synthetic. There have been millions of au-topsies recording large clumps of vitamin supplements lodged within the colon walls which have not been fully digested. If you must use, them use liquid vitamins and make sure they are of natural substances.

Digestion of food is essential to the well being of everyone. Without proper digestion we invite countless illnesses to visit us. Digestion begins in the mouth, by chewing food down to the tiniest morsel possible. Most people are in such a rush to eat that they do not chew their food properly and the end result is acid reflex, indigestion, or heartburn. The pre-mentioned maladies can also come from eating poor food combinations, microwaved foods, or processed food daily. When you begin to digest your food you change it from one form into another: it is a physical and chemical process.

Spring is approaching and you need to get your yard in shape for gardening. Lets start with soil testing. Most people think that they can just throw down some topsoil and toss in some plants, and everything will be ok. Weeks to a month later, you notice your plants aren’t doing too well. You water them, add fertilizer, do all that you think you can do to save them, and nothing seems to work. You have just wasted time and money because now your Designn and your plants are in ruin. All this could have been prevented with a simple soil test.

Vitamins, minerals and supplements are now considered toxic and therefore harmful and have been banned. A commission sponsored by the United Nations Health Organization, and supported by the U.S Food and Drug Administration have banned over the counter herbs, minerals, and supplements.

As the ball was dropped in Times Square in N.Y symbolizing a new year, so too were the veils lifted on December 31, 2009 when a new law that prohibits all God given natural and healing herbs, foods, and food by-products went into effect. The truth in this case is stranger than fiction. Vitamins, minerals and supplements are now considered toxic and therefore harmful and have been banned. This special five part editorial contains irrefutable evidence compiled by the Vice Chancellor and staff of IQOU in answer to the lies brought against El Sheikh Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani and the Muslims of the Americas by a Zionist front group known fraudulently as the Christian Action Network (CAN).

As mere pawns of a larger, futile plot to destroy Christian-Muslim unity, the teachings of the Beloved Messenger of God, Jesus, son of the Pure Mary, hold no significance for them, as will be demonstrated in the following five-part rebuttal.
